It's Vacation Bible School week at our church. If any of you have ever volunteered at VBS you will understand when I say:
THANK YOU, JESUS, FOR FRIDAYS!!!!!
I mean, I love that my kids love VBS. I love that kids learn about Jesus in creative ways. I love that other people seem to love working at VBS. I love lots of things about VBS, I'm just NOT peppy enough for it. I'm just not. You have to be peppy for VBS and anyone who knows me knows that I...am....NOT. But, I did it, and I'm glad I did. Now I'm going to sleep for two weeks.

I read some great posts about prayer, training your kids to love Jesus, remembering how much Jesus cares for us, some really neat field trips, and an amazing home remedy for earaches that I will ABSOLUTELY be using, (AHH, So many great ones still to be told....) but this week I've chosen (drum roll please......)

Aside from the devotionals she blesses us with, she also sells the most beautiful crosses, picture frames, mirrors....amazing stuff that would look great in any of your living rooms! OH KECIA. If you only knew. Anyone at our church on Sunday could tell you that it was one of the WORST DAYS EVER for me. It took me 5 hours to decorate my room because everything kept going wrong! I was the last one to leave and I was crying on the way out the door. Great way to start the week....
