FALL! And a JFFF Link-up!

I look out today on a gray sky with the pitter patter of raindrops and a cold breeze blowing in my open window.  As I sit here in my big fluffy sweatshirt I am in AWE of God and how happy I am He created seasons.  As much as I disliked the sticky heat of Arkansas Summer, I know I would not appreciate this moment half as much if I had not just experienced the sweat.

I wish Fall could be forever.  My favorite colors, my favorite weather, my favorite holidays and big fluffy sweatshirts.

Last Fall, for me, went by unnoticed.  I was in the middle of a panic disorder I couldn't get a handle on and daily life was just about survival.  As I sit here listening to the rain I am reminded even more at how thankful I am for modern medicine and the gift of wellness.  Right now I feel normal.  For you it may not make much sense to even notice the feeling of "normal", but for me this is monumental.  To wake up every day for months feeling normal is a gift of beauty and grace.

I hope you're able to breathe the scents today, feel the crispness of the air, smile at the gray sky and be thankful.

Have you had a good week?  What special thoughts have you to share with us today?  Link them up so we can all sit together with our giant cups of coffee and just be together.  Please make time to not only link your thoughts, but to find new friends as well.  And grab the button over on the side so that others can see our party and join in!  Happy Friday!

Fall is my favorite time of the year too, everything just feels right :) I am so glad to hear your doing better. Remember I am here for you if you ever need to chat.
